Yes! We pride ourselves on offering classes whether you are an experienced lifter or just starting out on your journey.

Every class is 45 minutes, except for our special one hour class on Saturdays.

You may pause for up to two weeks in a calendar year. Please work with your studio manager if you need an extended pause.
